Pregnancy symptoms didn't start that early for me....
But you DID have the two positive tests, so, I think it might be time to see the doc. Make an appointment.
Good luck to you!
Hi, just a few days ago I took two dollar tree pregnancy test the both came back positive. These would be my second baby I got very happy, it put me at 5 weeks pregnant. I was going to the bathroom a lot, eating almost all the time, nipple were hurting Srry for tmi, nauseous n back pain. But yesterday was a very stressful day I had to do laundry I lifted 30-40 pounds bags, was mad at my step children, got into a argument with my husband. When the day was over I had mild cramps. Woke up not feeling pregnant I'm scared I lost my baby.
Thank you ladies...u already have a doctor app. For 27 so I'm just going wait and take it easy hopefully everything turn out good and I'm just weird for nothing

First whether or not you lost the baby it wasn't because you were lifting bags or stressing with your family. Regardless of the outcome don't put that on yourself!!
Other than saying that I have no idea what is going on.
A., please call your doc. Tell them your concerns. If only for your peace of mind, and ours, k? Do it right now and give us an update.
:)
Hi A., mild cramping doesn't mean that you lost your baby so please don't worry until you have a reason to. Make an appointment with your doctor to ease your mind.
Hugs, my dear. I hope everything is just fine!
Don't panic. See a doctor to confirm the things going on in your body.
Dear A.,
If you did lose your pregnancy, I'm sorry! That's always a wrenching loss.
I do want to say, though, I doubt very much it was because of anything you did. It's remotely possible that lifting heavy loads would cause a pregnancy loss, but it's highly unlikely. And arguing with family members doesn't cause miscarriages, ever, ever, ever. As my midwife told me, 40 percent of pregnancies don't last beyond the first six weeks. They're the ones that just aren't meant to be.
I'm sorry again for your loss -- if you've had a loss -- but I'm sure it wasn't because of anything you did.
Take care,
Mira
Welcome to Mamapedia.
Please go see your doctor to have a blood test and ultrasound. Waking up and "not feeling pregnant" doesn't mean you had a miscarriage. Bleeding profusely (at 5 weeks) means you lost the baby. Again, go see a doctor.
None of the things you did would cause a miscarriage. Miscarriages in early pregnancy are very normal; many of us have experienced those things. But stress and lifting heavy things won't do it (later in pregnancy, the hormone relaxin makes your joints and tendons loose and stretchy -- it's much easier to injure yourself than not pregnant, which is why you're told not to lift heavy things. In a normal pregnancy, the danger is that you'll hurt yourself, not that it'll hurt the baby).
Cramping is normal, and most people don't get symptoms until 6 weeks or so. WHile miscarriage is a possibility in all pregnancies, none of what you've said would cause a miscarriage, and it can be perfectly normal.
You can have mild cramping in early pregnancy; that's just your body changing. If the cramping is accompanied by bleeding of any kind, there is more reason for concern, but even then, it is not necessarily a problem. As early as you are, you aren't necessarily going to have "symptoms" every day. A lot of women don't have them at all until 8 weeks or beyond. For now, just take it easy. I know it's easier said than done, but try to relax, and if possible, get into the doctor sooner. If you have any symptoms beyond cramping, definitely call and let them know you are having problems; they'll usually accommodate you. Good luck!
Mild cramping is common during pregnancy so you probably are not miscarrying. If you are having a miscarriage, you didn't cause it by lifting laundy and having a stressful day. I have had 4 miscarriages and 2 babies so sadly I know a little something about miscarriages and the gift that we can put on ourselves. Hang in there and take care of yourself!!
I would not worry about the lifting... I have a 4 year old an have been lifting my 30 some odd pound daughter for my entire pregnancy so far.
That early some cramping is normal, as long as there is no bleeding along with it you should be fine. Relax and enjoy being pregnant, and if you don't have nausea, be happy!
