I think I would use some OxiClean and then follow up with some Liquid TIde to ge tthe smell out. Give it a good scrub and rinse with thegarden hose.
Good luck!
So I honestly don't give the kids koolaide at home LOL. But I've always let them have bug juice at the indoor playground we go to. I give each child a different color too. I do it so they remember who's drink is who's. Only the last time we went one of the kids played too long and hard and threw up on the way home. I took it to the car wash and used the high pressure hose to clean it. It's cold water there. So I didn't do anything that would set in the stain. The mat is clean but the red stain is still there. Any ideas?

my son was given some of that stuff and got it on his brand new soccer t-shirt - it came right out with Spray N Wash stain stick. (his was purple but the stain was bright red)
Liquid dishwashing Dawn,, the blue one,, cold water, scrub, rinse. It takes out a lot of stuff.
white vinegar takes care of just about all stains, IME, good luck!
