I cook all kinds of chicken in the crock pot, add about 1/2 inch of chicken broth, drizzle with maple syrup, salt,, pepper and any other seasoning you might like (I add ginger & garlic, I like savory sweet). It is sooo good!

Glaze with apricot preserves, serve with carmelized vidalia onions.
We coat the cultets in honey mustard before adding the breadcrumbs and then bake! Yum!
How about chicken terryaki. You can buy bottled terryaki in the asian section. Brown the chicken on medium in a skillet. Add chunked pineapple and maybe some julianned carrots and bottled terryaki sauce. Cover and let cook on low until chicken is no longer pink inside. Serve over rice.
i was looking through my food network magazine and came across one for chicken cutlet parmasan...you can probably find it on foodnetwork.com but it looks like you bread your cutlet, stuff it with motz & parm cheese and bake it with some sauce. looked quick, easy and yummy! Gonna put that on the list to try :)
I make this great marinade which I made up myself. It will depend how much chicken you want to make. I use sweetened lime juice 2 tsps of honey, regular yellow mustard,Mrs. Dash, onion powder, celery powder and a splash of 7up or any type of that soda. I mix it up in a bowl until all the ingredients are smooth..I put them in a ziplock bag with the chicken and let it marinade all day. I throw the entire thing in the dish and bake it on 425 until it is done. It is yummy. As a matter of fact we ate it last night. I use chicken breasts.
go to all reciepes.com and look for the honey mustard chicken! i love it and so do my kids.
Cook them with some orange juice.
