My daughter is going to be 5 and would like a make up/dress up party. I know I've heard of people that come to your house and do dress up parties. Can anyone recommend a person that does this?
Otherwise are there any other options than Libby Lu?

We went there for a haircut and they place was very cute and my daughter wanted to have her party there. So we decided to try it, plus it will be easier since it's not in my house!

She can do a trunk party, where you have all the stuff you need for fairy, tea or princess party and you do it yourself or she will host it for you. Hi K.! If you want to go to a "location" for her dress-up party, Snip-Its in Frisco does that type party. My niece had her 4th birthday party there in October and my (just turned) 6-year old LOVED it! They get to choose their clothing, have their hair and make-up done, and they are "announced" and walk down a runway! If you want additional details about the party, let me know! Snip-Its is at the SE corner of 121 and Preston, in a little strip by Walmart. Happy Birthday to your little Princess!
There is a dress up place just for birthdays and playdates in downtown McKinney. My 5-year-old went to a friends birthday there and they dressed up and had a style show for the parents. Then had cake and the party. The girls had a blast! I'm sorry I can't remember the name, but I'll do a little research and get back with you.

My daughter just had simply pretend party this weekend and all the kids had a blast! I really would recommend them to anyone, and you can do it at your place or at Peek a Boutique in Plano.
