We just moved to Lone Tree from California. My 2 year old was in a preschool program 2 days a week for 2.5 hours. I have been searching for a program like this here and have been unsuccessful. I would love to find a preschool for him in the area. He is not potty trained yet, which makes it harder. He really misses going to school!

I have been researching preschools in Douglas county for my son who will be 3 in February. Yes, most are for potty trained kids, but I did find this site http://members.tripod.com/hrmothersandmore/id56.html
and they have a list of many preschools and if you need to be potty trained, etc.

Hi Amy--We were lucky enough last year to find a wonderful preschool in Centennial. It's called Circle of Friends Christian Preschool. It's a great school taught by sweet, warm and loving motherly types--but very well-educated ones! It's a very gentle school but a lot of fun, too. They have many classes and times to choose from, they have open enrollment and I don't think they have waiting lists right now. Your child doesn't have to be potty trained like at so many other schools. They have other things you can do like 'parent's day out', and you can extend your child's preschool day with the 'lunch bunch'. Hi K., Not sure how far it would be from Lone Tree to Parker, but Southeast Christian Church on Jordan Rd. has a great school, and is a great place to meet with other young parents. You might check out their website at www.sechristian.org
