I would go have a follow up ultrasound done. I would not have the shot until they are absolutely sure where the pregnancy is occurring. Spotting/light bleeding is normal during the first couple of weeks after conception. Find someone who can tell you EXACTLY what's going on. Good Luck!

You really need to follow up with your doctor. I don't want to scare you more than you already are but IF you have an ectopic pregnancy (I am not saying it is) but if it is, you need to get the shot otherwise when it burst (not if but when) you could loose your Fallopian tube, which could make getting pregnant harder in the future, or you could even loose your life. An ectopic pregnancy that ruptures is a medical emergency. Additionally, you should know that there is no chance the baby will survive an ectopic pregnancy. I am so so sorry. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I hope your baby is fine but right now I am concerned for your life. Get answers!

i would wait it out a few more weeks if you can. I bleed for 6 weeks with my son. Especially after sex because I was very sensitive. It just maybe too soon to see anything.
