Hey J., I have 2 boys. My oldest, Jackson will be 4 Sunday and the youngest, Dylan is 2. With Jackson he was completely potty trained as far as peeing on the potty by 2 and a half, but he would not poop in it. So first, everytime he pooped in his pants, I would drop the poop in the potty and have him flush it. When he turned 3 I got more into trying to get him to poop in the potty. So we told him that when he went poop in the potty, we would give him a pooping party. It took him a week, and I would take him to wal-mart and show him things and say, when you go poop in the potty, I will get that for your party, etc. Finally he did, and we had a party for him, complete with balloons, and a cake, and even a present of new underwear he picked out. Everytime after that he went on his own. Now I am working on my 2 year old, and he is super stubborn. I think you just need to find what she likes, and try your best to encourage her to go. I am all about rewarding for the right behavior!! Good luck!
