A while back someone said they found the perfect pillow for side sleepers. Please let me know what kind you went with, where you got it and how much it cost. Thanks from needing a good rest!

The perfect pillow for one, it not the perfect pillow for others. You have to try the out. Some say do it in the store-but I have to sleep on it. I buy one, if I don't like it I pass them on to my kids and husband --they are so picky. I replace them about every 5 years and it always takes me 3 or 4 shot before I get it right. This time, I thought I had have it right the first time, Kohls had their RL pillows labeled tummy, back, or side sleepers. I bought the side sleeper-it is too thick for me. My Husband loves his new pillow-I will be back out looking for mine soon. Good luck on your search!

My physical therapist recommended a firm down pillow, since I asked him the same question. He said he always waits for a sale, or I suppose you could use a coupon that applies to one item.

When I was pregnant I used this long rectangle pillow from Macy's. It was a feather pillow so it was mushy but had enough feathers to help hold. It wasn't cheap. I usually go for cheap target pillows but I felt being pregnant it was a luxury I wanted lol. There is something about real feather pillows.
