Photographer Recommendations - Downers Grove,IL

My brother-in-law, Jason Monaco, is an AMAZING photographer and VERY reasonably priced (I think he's less than what other responders are quoting you! But since he's BIL I don't know exactly what his fees are). I believe you can choose studio (in Darien, I think) or another location. You would get a CD with all pictures. I know I'm related to him...but seriously, he's awesome. Check out his website!

We use Jodi Ellen Photography, and Jodi is amazing. She comes to you, which was a must for us for newborn shots.

She has one child, and she dealt really well with my toddler, not to mention my squirmy sleepy newborn.

Her prices are amazing, and you can buy rights to your whole photo shoot on a disc for $100. We buy prints plus the disc.

We always use Picture People in the mall. They offer specials all the time and if you get their membership card (I think that's what it's called) you can get the discounts that come with that on top of the coupons they send in the mail. They are also great with kids.

I highly recommend, Beth at Family Focus. She does fantastic work and the most reasonable priced photographer we've ever delt with. We love our photo's from last spring. She comes to you or she has her own studio. She charges 125.00 for 70+ photo's, no sitting fees and she gives you the rights to the photo's that are given to you on a CD! Sarah Korbel of Snappit Photography. She is amazing and has a home studio, or will do on-location shots. She takes a lot of time and is great with kids- capturing them in their natural state of playing, etc. as well as poses with backdrops, etc. and is accommodating to you bringing your own props, changes of outfit, etc.

She has 3 kids and is pregnant, so she definitely knows how hard it can be to get kids to "sit still" for a photo.
