They are actually not that hard to make yourself. I made wrappers for the amazing bar for my girls from the Easter Bunny. Just measure the wrapper of the candy bar you want to cover and set the margines for the paper so that only that area can be typed on and create your wrapper.

My uncle got me some personalized candy bars when I had my daughter, and they came out great. He got them from Carson Enterprises, you may be able to search them on google. ON the actual candy bar in fine print there is a website: www.wrappedhersheys.com I hope this helps.
