My DIL had another scan which was normal. MaterniT21 came back negative! Healthy baby girl!
So if she made that appointment for a week later, she would not have had to go thru hell and back. They were so so negative and threw out horrible numbers to her and my son.
I am convinced if all of the grandmas here were scanned when pregnant back in the 70s, we would have had all these "so called abnormal" results! There are so many false positives out there. It is crazy. Scared her with the last baby with kidney issues. She has two perfect kidneys. We were able to enjoy pregnancies, these poor girls can't. So many tests!! Ignorance is bliss sometimes.

That's great! Reminds me of the awful stress I went through when they found choroid cysts during my second pregnancy...two weeks of terror that baby would have Trisomy 18, then learning that not only was my son healthy but so are 99.9% of other babies with identified CPCs on 18-20 week ultrasounds. Sometimes during pregnancy technology is evil.
