S., I used to have some slippers that had something similar to soles on the bottom. I will look around and see if I can find some when I am out! They have elastic on the ankle part so they can go on easy but dont fall off!
I have four month old who kicks off socks. Wanting to keep her tosiesy warm -I am looking forrecommendations for something that stays on! They could be socks with a sole or a soft shoe. Affordable as well! Disregard this messge - We got some shoe foo's from Nordstrom Rack! Thanks for all of you input - Sounds like ROBEEZ are the thing!
The Nordstrom Rack had Shoefoo's for $15.00!!!! Just like Robeez and still good quality - if Nordstrom sells them they must be good. cute too!!!

ROBEEZ! They are the best. I useed them for the first year and then some for both of my kids. I think they are $26 at stride rite and/or nordstroms. Can also get online. Good luck!
I had the same problem when my daughter was that age. Thest shoe handsdown is the slipper shoe. The expensive name brand is either Robeez or Pedipad both recommended by the AAP but Target and Babies R US has the knockoff and I can't tell you how many compliments she gets because they are so cute and so many styles to choose from. The best thing about them is that they can walk in them and they are for just that. They are 10.00 at Babies R US and 12.99 at Target. Hands down the best shoe ever. Also, if your looking for a more stylish shoe, H&M at Lakeside or Great lakes crossing have the cutest shoes that also a re great to walk in and they do stay on as well only if you get the right size. The price is wonderful $6.00 only!!!!!
Any of the Robeez type shoes (Stride Rite $25 and Target $12) stay on pretty well. They are a leather shoe that is totally soft with cute pictures on the top and elastic around the ankle.

The Bobux or Robeez slippers are great and stay on. They have cheaper knock off versions, but they don't stay on as well.
Robeez make a soft leather shoe with an elastic "cuff" at the ankle. They are about $30. Target makes a less expensive version for around $12 but I don't know if they have sizes for a 4 year old. They would be great for your 2 year old as well! or get shoes that tie and double knot them. That is working for my one year old currently.
Robeez are great but my son's feet were too fat for them and he too would kick them off at that age. We found Pedoodles and are in LOVE with them. You can find them online.
Hi S....my boys were the same way. Never wanted a thing on their feet. I always bought the one piece romper suits with feet in them so need to worry about socks or their backs showing. Not all of them look like pajamas....some are regula play clothes. Good luck!
If you're considering Robeez go to craigslist first it's cheaper.
YOu may also look into Bobux and Nowali slipper socks. They work for us.
Hi S.! :o) I got some Robeez-type shoes at Toys R Us when they had a 1/2 off shoe sale. They were about $6. They also have inexpensive ones at Target. A few years ago I bought some fleece booties at Target that had a drawstring top and those stayed on too. Stick with something soft-soled because those are best for non-walkers. See ya!
My son wore and loved the little leather booties that were elastic around the ankle, I cannot remember the name of them, they come in all sorts of colors and patterns with animals on the foot and some just plain, but they stayed on and weren't uncomfortable for him. There is a name brand, and then there was a set that Target made.
Robeez are wonderful and so are IsaBooties. You can get both online or at stores like Macy;s and Nordtsrom's. (Or even go to ebay cuz parents resell these things like crazy.) The Robeez are soft leather and the IsaBotties are like a felt leather (does that make sense? very very soft.) Both are about $30 a pair, but worth it since they help keep baby's socks on.
Robeez are perfect for that, they sell knock-offs of them at Target a bit cheaper. I bought them large when my son was about 9 months old, and he still wears them at 1.5. I had a newborn pair, but he was too big to wear them by the time I put them on him, hehe. They're expensive, but they last for a long time and they're easy to put on but stay on. My son gets his socks off every time, but he can't get his Robeez off.
Robeez. These are the *best* ever!! You can find them online at robeez.com for a large selection, or you can find them at shops like 'Maddilou and Ethan, too". They are even at Sears in the Lands End dept. I couldn't have lived without them for my four girls!
Hi S.,
They have leather shoes with soft soles at Target. They look like the expensive Robeez. The ones for girls are absolutely adorable and they are affordable. There is an elastic band around the ankle which keeps them on. So you can have a pair of socks and the shoes.

I wholeheartedly recommend Robeez, or any of the Robeez-style shoes. They're soft-soled, but very durable. The least expensive ones I've found are at Target. Good luck!
Robeez are great. You can get them locally at Nordstruma and some baby stores. They are soft leather shoes and they stay on my 4 mos old with no problem. They sell similar styles shoes at a lower price point at Target I think as well.
We also love our Robeez :-)
Quite a few web sites have them on sale right now. We just bought a pair for my son on www.endless.com for a little over $15 with free overnight shipping. If you go through www.fatwallet.com you also get 7% cash back.
I always make my son wear slippers, they have great ones at Target for cheap like $4.99 a pair.
My son is almost two and he still has slippers on all the time.
