Need Pediatrician in Lamorinda

Any of the docs at East Bay Pediatrics in Orinda. Been seeing Dr. Mary Jones for 17 years and my sons still don't mind a woman doctor. She's known them so long it's comfortable.

You can't go wrong with any of the doctors at East Bay Pediatrics. We go to see Dr. Sarah Handlesman and she is terrific. In fact, both my kids love going to the doctor.
All of the doctors are fabulous and they run a first-rate operation. Their on-call helpline has really helped me so many times over the years with various things that come up. They are responsive and always want to help and never make you feel badly for calling.

The doctors at East Bay Pediatrics are great. If your son is willing to see a woman doctor, Dr. Miller is awesome - especially with teen-agers. Our son needed a quick physical a year or so ago for a summer program and our regular doctor wasn't available. I asked him if he minded seeing a woman and he said no. When he and Dr. Miller came out of the office, you would have thought they were best friends. My son says she's really cool!

We used to see Dr. Montgomery Kong in Walnut Creek and were very happy with him. Due to changes in our insurance we switched pediatricians a little over a year ago. Now we see Dr. Phillip Rush in Pleasant Hill and both my kids and I LOVE him!

My kids (ages 10 and 7) say he's easier to talk to, the shots don't hurt as much and they feel really good about seeing him. We usually don't have to wait as long to see Dr. Rush as we did with Dr. Kong.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either of these two doctors, but I'm glad we switched.

I highly recommend Summit Pediatrics in Orinda. My girls see Dr. Takao but we have seen every single dr. in the practice at one time or another.

Dr. Asta's office in Walnut Creek off of Lennon Lane. The office staff is great! They have drop in appts at 9am M-F and an urgent care that is open after hours.. Dr. Asta is a great doctor and was my saving grace for my son who was having allergy issues and his previous pediatrician continued to prescribe antibiotics while Dr. Asta worked to resolve the the problem instead of medicate it. She is great.. ###-###-####. I was referred to her by a good friend.. Good luck!

East Bay Pediatrics in Orinda is great. We've seen most of the doctors there and they are all great. They also have an office in Berkeley, and the doctors split their time between the two offices.

It is a little further than Pleasant Hill but it is right off of Hwy 242, Grant Street Exit. Both of my girls (14 and 18) go to Dr. Paul Cortez and absolutely love him. He has such a down to earth loving attitude with the girls. He has two offices.
