I'm making a playlist for an early morning travel session. What are the songs your rocking, singing, or bopping along to now?

What can I do next?

Who is in the car?
Ages of the travelers would effect my suggestions... but, I like to travel to loud, fast, music. Hmmm, maybe why I drive "that" way.

So,
Nirvana, Offspring, Lincoln Park, Blink 182, The Presidents of the USofA, Everlast, Ramones.

Okay, more calmly, Bruno Mars, Adele, Sheryl Crowe, Jewel, Norah Jones, the Highwaymen, Johnny Cash, Maroon 5

Then the "tripping music" - Cat Stevens, Janis Joplin, Airplane, Don Mclean, the 60's

Happy Trails to you....

How 'bout... Vivaldi's THE FOUR SEASONS? Mozart's THE MAGIC FLUTE? Bach's BRANDENBURG CONCERTOS? I just didn't want to write what everybody else did, but I do listen to these (and others) in the car. :^)

I don't know about what music you may like (my tastes are very eclectic, Adele, Chicago, AC/C, etc) but when I had a long morning commute I found books on cd to be a blessing. There are many of the classics that are available for free download (almost anything in common domain).

I do love books on cd, but since you asked about music:

Some Nights by Fun
Karma Chameleon (spelling!) by Culture Club
anything by Bon Jovi
one song that's really be-boppy is by Locksley, called Darling It's True, look it up, it's a fun one that I've become obsessed with!
anything by Adele
anything by Michael Buble

Safe travels!

my son & I just downloaded:

Black Violin's "Brandenburg" & "Dirty Orchestra". Think classical/hip hop.
Boston Pops Orchestra "Canon in D"
Train's "Drive By" & "50 Ways to Say Goodbye"
PSY "Gangnam Style"
Alex Clare "Too Close".

My next round will include Jason Aldean's new cd.

& right now, I'm addicted to Native American Shelley Morningsong's "Out of the Ashes" cd. Saw her perform some of her music at Old Town Square in Albuquerque....& I LOVE her music & lyrics.

& of course, there's always my Life Song: Simple Man by Lynyrd Skynyrd! Oh, Oh, & check out Randy Houser. He rocks!
