Need Great Ideas for a Bachelorette Party

For my bachelorette party, each girl was asked to pick either a new piece of lingerie or a pair panties to bring to the party. Each item had to be something that reflects that gal who brought it. My sister's who threw me the party hung each item on a homemade clothes line and I had to try to pick who brought which piece. For each one that was correct, that girl got a little prize. It was a really cute idea and plus, I got about 15 pairs of panties to add to my collection. Good luck!!!!

At one bachelorette party we all brought the WORST bridesmaid and prom dresses that we could find. We all picked one to wear for the evening, and everywhere we went we were such a hit! It brought a lot of humor to the night. Women we met while out on the town thought it was hilarious because they said they had a dress that would fit right in. Haven't we all had to wear one of those!

I happened to have several dresses to donate for the event, but you can also search out resale shops. The bride-to-be could wear a hideous white gown. Lots of fun at the bars.

Hi! Don't know where you are located but if Westmont isn't too far- Every month Universal Spa Traininig Academy and DeVine Wine partner up and have a wine tasting/spa party night. You taste wines and can get services from the student such as massage or facials depending on what the students have learned.

I was the matron of honor in one of my dearest weddings last year and we are in our mid 30's. I don't know if you have a plan for where you want to go, but we made a weekend out of it and invited everyone to come to what they could. On the Friday, we spent the day at North Ave beach with a cooler of "goodies" and went to dinner for Tapas in the city at (Cafe Ba Ba Reeba). On Saturday, we made spa appointments and we got a hotel room for the night for the official bachelorette party. The rooms there are expensive, but it was so worth it with the wedding party pitching in. We did "fun" bachelorette party style drinks (search online for some yummy drinks with funny names) at the hotel before going out. We did a video Q&A - "How well does she know him" with the future groom (ex: what's his favorite food, etc ...you could get really creative here). And because we didn't want her to be too drunk before we went out we made her chew bubbalicious with every question she got wrong. We made CD's with her 10 favorite song and put funny pictures of both of them on the front of the case. We also made fun name badges for all of the girls with goofy names (Anita Mann, etc..you can find online). Also, we called it a "Naughty & Nice" shower....so, the gifts were cute and "interesting". Lastly, we went to all the cheesy bars (Mothers, etc). I hope this helps. Sorry it was so long winded

Don't know if this would work but, I interviewed my sister-in-law"s (soon to be) husband years ago. I created a "trivia" game and it turned out to be very funny! (No hurtful or insensitive questions were asked) We asked these questions at her party. We asked questions like "if your fiance' wasn't a computer analyst, what career path would he have chosen?" ("Rockstar" was the answer and knowing my brother-in-law, it fit!) Everybody filled out a sheet, but it was her answers that most amused us. It was fun and was a good ice breaker. Have fun!

This really isn't a game, and is TOTALLY cheese, but it's kind of fun. I did this for two bachelorette parties I went to and most of the girls drank free all night.

Get a deck of cards with naked women on them and hand them out to all the girls. At the bar, as you're talking to the boys, offer, "wanna see a picture of a hot naked girl?" (Of course they usually say yes) then tell him he has to buy you a drink first. After you have your drink, hand him one of the cards to keep.

You can also tip the male bartenders with the cards to save a few bucks.

As I said, this is totally cheesy, but after a few drinks, it's alot of fun and you can get a lot of free drinks if you're bold enough to do it.

I am a server at a restaurant, and last night I waited on a woman who does "pole dancing" instruction! I think that it would be so much fun, to learn how to pole dance. One of the best bachelorette parties I ever attended included collage-making. The hostess got old Martha Stewart-type magazines and also some dirty magazines. Then she made photocopies of pix of the bride and groom. She bought a whole mess of art supplies, we all sat down at her kitchen table, and "used our imaginations". The results were hilarious! (Note: not all of the collages were naughty either.)

We played this at one of our christmas get toegethers and had a blast. Its called "Marry, Date, or Dump" (You can play around with the phrases, if you want to make it X-rated). Each person draws a card with 3 names of celebrities on it(you could pre-make the cards or have the guest do it when they get to the party). One person reads the names off her card and the rest of the party has to guess who she will marry, date, or dump. After a few drinks, we started to use co-workers names.

For a friend's bachlorette party we went to a spa before dinner and while the bride got a facial the rest of the bridesmaids got pedicures and manicures- it was nice for me since I was pregnant and not really looking forward to the bars! Or maybe go downtown and hang out and go shopping and then have dinner?

My brother is getting married next month. For the bachelorette party we are going to a salon (the one we are going to for our hair on the wedding day)and doing a spa night. We are bringing in some food and drinks and we will do our practice updoes and our nails (one of the bridesmaids owns the salon so some of it is us playing and not paying) But what do you do when you get a practice hairstyle for a wedding...kind of a waste of money unless you have something to wear it to that night?! Then after we are all done up the bride wants us all to put on old bridesmaid gowns (either from weddings we were in before or from resale/garage sales) and she is going to wear a bridal gown from a resale and we are all going out on the town to be silly and have fun.

I had to throw a bachelorette party a few years ago with some people the same age as me and some much younger. So I through a "surprise" party at my house. I am not really someone who would do this but it turned out to be a real success. Everyone had a really good time and it was something fun to do before going out to the bars. If you don't know what those are they are sex toy parties (strange but fun).

I've heard great things about the Baton, and there's always Dick's Last Resort, and those 'rent a nerd' non-stripping but funny-perfomance-type people.

And a good old fashioned scavenger hunt, or points for the stuff in your purse game is always good for a laugh.

Do an adult-only party. My sister had a full presentation after going to a vineyard in Valpo. But you can ask for one to be done within whatever time limits. I do For Your Pleasure parties. If I were doing one and had an hour to have the party done, I would show my top toys, lubes, and a couple potions (about 10 items in all), then take orders (yes, we're catalog so everyone can find what they want in their budget ~ I do, however, keep items on hand to take home that night). Then you go to a bar after that. All your fun and games were played at the toy party ~ and you didn't have to think up any of them or pay for the party! But, that's my suggestion! How about a day at the spa? In our community we have Chrysalis salon and spa ###-###-####. The have a wonderful mini monarch complete spa treatment. It starts ith a swedish massage using orgranic products. It includes pedicure and facial. I would Highly recommend it. I personal can wait to go back for my next massage. Fabulous! C.

Hi. For my best friend's bachelorette party, we made up a quiz about the bride. It was multiple choice. We asked questions like when and where the bride and groom met, what their age difference is, what high school she went to, how old she was when she got her master's degree, what colleges she attended, what her high school mascot was, and so on.
