I'd recommend Elizabeth's Cakes in Plano. You can check out their designs and flavors at www.elizabethscakesplano.com. They are located at the northwest corner of the Tollway and Park in Plano. The did an awesome job with my son's cupcake cake--and the cupcakes tasted great, too!
