Nanny/Childcare Available (Shared Nanny Potential)

I was just referred to a wonderful woman who is looking for full-time work. I've hired her to work for me two days a week (Mondays and Thursday), so I would prefer to find someone who needs a nanny 3 days a week (I am flexible with my days). BUT, I told her that I would give her name to anyone who needs someone full-time, because eventually she'll probably find full-time work and leave me.
She's from Belize and speaks English and Spanish. She has 3 grown children and was a nanny for a family in Florida (she just moved to Chicago). If you want more information, please call me at ###-###-#### (home) or ###-###-#### (cell).

What can I do next?

BROOKE CELIA KATICH 10/4/05 Born November 13, 2001 Almost 4 Years Old
NO KNOWN MEDICAL CONDITIONS
WE HAVE ONE CAT

Parents Skip & C. Katich want a kind loving person to watch our only child, Brooke. She is our 1st concern in life. We want a babysitter who will have fun with our daughter and hopefully fall in love with her the way we did almost 4 years ago. Everything else in our life comes after our daughter.

Our schedules can change at any time and we need someone who can be FLEXIBLE. As Chicago Police Officers we do have to go to court occasionally, stay late, go in early, or need to catch up on sleep.

Please provide us with photo I.D. and some types of references and / or credentials. We would like copies. We will want to check your background.

It is important for you to know we are only interested in you watching Brooke in our home.

We want the babysitter to be happy watching Brooke so if you have ANY questions, or you just change your mind, please let us know so that we can continue to look for childcare.

$200.00 PAID A WEEK GUARANTEED
REGARDLESS OF HOURS OR LACK OF THEM
PAID VACATIONS TOO

 We will pay you $100.00 on your first day of work and $100.00 after you have worked one full week. We will then pay you the full $200.00 weekly or $400.00 biweekly whichever way you prefer.
 Days off will rotate (different days off every week, but they will be in a row). For example 1st week Mon, Tues, Wed off. 2nd week Tues, Wed, Thurs off. OR, could be Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs off then Tues, Wed, Thurs, Friday off. WOULD NOT WORK MORE THAN 4 DAYS IN A ROW OR MORE THAN 5 OR 6 HOURS A DAY. Confusing to us too. 
 Hours might not be exact when we find out our schedules we will let you know
 The 1st month to 2 months I will be on days which would mean Im off on weekends and holidays and so are you. Plus, you will be off the days my husband is off.

Is your nanny still available? I need maybe a part time nanny, and I could be flexible too. I am really looking for someone that speaks spanish. If she really needs full time I can see if I could work that out too.

Hi C.. My husband and I are just starting our hunt for a nanny. We have a newborn son (born preemie at four weeks early) who is almost 3 months old. Though I haven't confirmed this with my employer, my hope is to return to work three days a week while the other two I spend working from home. Therefore, we will need a nanny at least three days a week. (I'm not sure what days just yet.) Also, it's likely that she could graduate to full-time when and if I decide to work five days a week at he office rather than three. Do you think we're a good fit for your situation? I don't want to bother you via phone unless you think it's worth pursuing. Thanks much -- S.

I am expecting in Dec and we were looking for someone possibly full-time starting Feb. My husband works from home, so we may be able to swing the 3 days a week deal for a while. What are her fees? Is she good with newborns?
