I have a wonderful OBGYN in Lewisville. He is located at the Medical Center of Lewisville. His name is Dr. Bradley Axline. I have been a patient of his for years. He is very kind and easy to talk to. He is also very through. I delivered at Medical Center of Lewisville and had the most wonderful experience. I had an awesome delivery nurse and felt no pain at all with the epidural. I was very well taken care of. I highly reccommed him and his staff. My husband and I are going to try for number 2 in December and only wnat him as our doctor.

I don't have a recomendation for you but whatever you do avoid having your baby at the Medical Center of Lewisville. I had my daughter there and found them to be very unhelpful. They were more concerned with getting me out the door than anything else. Their nurses were unattentive. They also put my epidural in wrong so I was still feeling lots of pain. They didn't fix it until a couple of hours before they decided to give me a c-section (and I was in labor for 34 hours!).
Then when we switched insurance a few years ago our representative told us to never go there for anything unless it was a dire emergency. They are known to overcharge for everything.

I use Dr. Tovar. He is in Lewisville near old down town off Main St. He delivers at Medical Center of Lewisville.

I had a wonderful experience there. My delivery nurse was fantastic, I got my epidural when I asked for it, I felt they were attentive and new what they were doing. I was induced though, so they were expecting me. My son had his cord wrapped around his neck and they were very quick and calm about it.

I found this web-site just now http://www.healthgrades.com/ you can look up hospital and doctors for healthcare rating. Looks like you have to buy the report but it may be worth it once you get it narrowed down to a couple Dr's.

I would recommend interviewing both the Dr and the hospital before making a decision.
