Mom to Be Looking to Join a Mom's Group

Hi H.. I live in Delaware County. I am also a member of the Holistic Moms Network. We are a fairly new group that meets every Third Wednesday of the month. Our March meeting will be the 4th Wednesday of the month. We are a group that talks about Hollis tic ways of raising our children. The March topic is with an art therapist. She will get into how creativity is important in development of a child etc. Our meetings are free and the location is at 327 N Middletown Rd. Media, PA. 19063. Another option is the Delaware County area is a place by the name of Birth Mark. They are located in Media PA also. They have many different support groups for breastfeeding, for moms, infant massage etc. They also sell a few earth friendly type products. There website is http://www.familybirthmark.com/

I recently joined the MOMS Club of Prospect Park & it's been a really nice network of moms and kids. You can contact Jody Bowden, who is in charge of membership. Her email is ____@____.com

There is a moms group for the main line/del co area called moxie moms. Their website is www.moxie-moms.com You can plug in a city & state & check out the activities in the area. There is a fee--I think it's $29/year. I think there are 40-50 members at this point. I haven't joined yet, but have a friend that did so I am planning on joining. I have a 4 month old son. At this point the moms group is more for mother companionship, but at some point the children will also enjoy playing :-)
