Seeking Moms Group in Olathe KS

My name is K. & I also live in Olathe! I can't say that I know of any "MOMS Groups" yet but think it is a great idea! I am just expecting my first (a boy!) in March and so excited. Anyway, I couldn't help to not write & offer to meet w/ you sometime for a coffee or something if you would be interested. Hi J.. I am also a SAHM. I have three kids and have been looking as well for a moms group. Thus far, I have not found anything. Especially not anything that was really concentrated in this area. I have previously thought about starting a support/activities group. If there seems to be enough interest I would definitely be willing. I belong to the Johnson County Mothers and More groups and we are VERY active. We have meetings, play groups, Mom's Night Outs, couples nights, a message forum like mamasource, informational lectures on parent topics, and a super support system. They even brought me meals every day after my daugher was born. I've only been a member for a few months, but love it. We have about 150 members and are growing quickly. The annual dues are reasonable and you get so much out of it!

I belong to the MOMS Club in eastern Shawnee/Lenexa and Merriam. I love it! It has totally saved my sanity. I've got a 3 1/2 year old, now, but joined when she was 6 months old. I highly recommend it.
