Any ideas what could be causing my lower back pai?. It started a few days ago. Not sure what happened it is usually bad when I sit. I am not suppose to start for another 9 days. And I don't think I injured it. I did some minor yard work today, but nothing bad. Thankls
Thanks, It started before the yard work, but I thought maybe it aggrevated my back pain? I fit continues I will gett it checked. I almost feels like back labor, but in no way was I or am I pregnant ;)
i tell you what i recently had an inflamed sciatic nerve,painful and it kinda mimics a kidney pain like a pull and mine spasmed.
Minor yard work when you're not used to it can make your back hurt.
Sometimes a kidney infection can cause lower back pain. If it does not get better soon, i would see your dr.
