Thomas Lake Pointe. Definitely the most beautiful community in Eagan. It's on the edge of a lake and when built, they kept as many mature trees as possible. Great floorplans and a gorgeous clubhouse. ###-###-####.

Hello. We are looking to move to Eagan Nov. 1st. We are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment that allows cats. We also would like a washer/dryer in unit and be in a good neighborhood. Can anybody recommend (or not recommend) apartments in that area?

We used to live in Eagan with our cats at Cinnamon Ridge Apartments on Cliff Road & 77. Just a few blocks from 35E, Target, & LIfeTime and close to 13 & Burnsville & 35W.
Ask the managment how much public houseing they have in there complex. For example how much Section 8 and other state and federaly funded housing. Ask how much crime happens in this complex. For example ask how many theft from motor vehicles happen here. I lived in the Eagan area about 5 years ago. I found a nice place on Cliff Road near Lifetime Fitness. I found and lived at Lexington Heights Apartments, in Mendota Heights. http://www.condormgt.com/index.asp
Happy apartment hunting! Any other questions please feel free to ask. Sorry I work in a job that makes me ask a lot of questions before moving into an apartment complex.
I used to live in Eagan and Glen Pond Apts are really nice and they''ve been updated with washer/dryer's. Good-luck.
I have an apartment in Eagan, and I like it here. I live off Diffley and close to a Cub Foods, a Target, Movie Theatre, and alot of smaller chain stores. The apartment complex I live in is Walnut Trails. The number here is ###-###-#### and the manager name is Carol. There are alot of other apartmens in the area as well but I dont know about any of those. Walnut Trail has some with washer and dryers in them. I, unfortunately dont, and it really stinks but I get by. Good luck searching!
Are you only looking to rent? My husband has model town homes in Eagan and some are available for that time frame. They are very nice and with the Parade of Homes, some great deals!! Also, with so many foreclosures, you could get into a home or townhome at a great deal. My hubby could help you with that too. He owns a Real Estate and Mortgage company. Otherwise, we do have a townhome for rent in Farmington that is a straight shot to Eagan. It is a great location and only 2 years old. Let me know if we can help you, even if it is just to look to see if you can do it. No obligation. ____@____.com or ____@____.com Luck!
