Hi,
I would like to Donate some stuff that my kids donot need anymore. In the past, I have gone to Good will but I would like, this time, if my kids can go and give the stuff to other kids, from their hand. Does any one know of any foster care or orphanage, where I can do that.
The womens shelter is always in need of donated items. I don't know if your kids will be able to meet the other kids but it is a good cause.

that is very kind of you to want to donate. there are so many Organizations out there. The homeless shelters, churchs. Look in your local paper. there are a lot of places that accept donations. There are also bins located in grocery/ plaza parking lots
that collect clothing for the needy.

Since I don't live in Seffner I don't know the area but you may look for Womens shelter. I know these places take in women and their children in emergency situations. I would imagine it is very hard for kids to go to a strange place with not very much of their own things.
I uusally give to Florida Baptist Children's Home in Lakeland, FL. There number is ###-###-####. They house children of all ages from infant to teens and could use even adult size clothes and/or items for the teens. They are always appreciative of offerings. I often take my children with me so that they can have part in the giving and feeling of what these kids have to go through. The first time was a great yet heart breaking experience for all of us.
