I am looking to add some curb appeal to my house in Irving so we can put it on the market! I am looking specifically for someone who can paint the trim on the outside of my house and my front door. It isn't a ton of painting, but the labor will be the hard part as it will be on a ladder. We have a ranch style 1 story, so it shouldn't be too much work, but we do have a limited budget. Also, any recommendations for someone who can do some minimal landscaping like cleaning flower beds and planting a few things for a good price too!
We are hoping to start trying for child #2 soon and are running out of room in this house so we are ready to get a move on it!

my yard service is very affordable and the owner just informed me that they do house painting and I believe his brother has a contracting company?
I recommend - they do a great job with my yard and trimming my large trees at a steal
