I am looking for a pediatrician with proximity to my house in Plano (Springcreek/ Custer area). I have been going to Dr Marcy Berry. She is okay, but I have had many problems with office staff. The only thing I really like about Dr. Berry's office is that it is close to my house. Any other suggestions.
My son goes to Dr. Laurie Berger in Plano, by the Presbyterian hospital...

We use Dr. Malini Hebbur at Pediatric Place at 15th and Coit near Medical Center of Plano. I absolutely love her. She is very patient with my son and always asks about the rest of the family as well. Ryan has had an opportunity to see all the doctors in that practice at least once and they are all very good. Dr. Hebbur is his usual pediatrician though. I have never had a problem with their office staff. They are very good about getting Ryan in when I want him to be seen. Good luck!
Our pediatrician is in Plano next to Med Ctr Plano at 15th and Coit. Dr. Sherrod is a wonderful pediatrician whom we have used for years on my now 16 year old and also our little 18 month old. He has a wonderful bedside manner, I feel completely comfortable with his practices and his nursing staff is so friendly and helpful! He has also been written up as one of the SuperDoctors in Texas Monthly and one of the best listed in D Magazine - and at one point was chief of staff at the hospital. if you are having issues with the staff, I would speak to the doctor about it. If you really reallly like her and want to use her. chances are, others have had the same issues and she will continue to lose patients unless some one speaks up. IF after you do this, nothng changes, then I would find another doctor. I hope this helps you.
I know how aggravating it can be to have start that relationship all over.
