Looking for a Good Peditrician in Oldsmar or Westchase Area

We use Myrtle Ave Pediatrics off Tampa Road as well. I see someone already gave the info. We are very happy with them!

HI there...We use Dr. Alfred Alvarez of North Pinellas Children's Medical Center. He works out of 2 offices, one in the East Lake area (by Oldsmar) where he works on Thursdays and the New Port Richey office, off State Rd 54, where he is the rest of the week. East Lake ofc # is ###-###-#### and New Port Richey is ###-###-####. We started with him when my now 3yr old son was born and again with my now 11mth old daughter. He has the BEST bed side manner, conservative but extremely knowledgable on what is best for you and your child. I have recommended him to many of my friends and they have been extremely pleased with him. Good Luck, let me know how it goes if you call him! :)

I've been going to Dr. Janet Black for about 11 years. She is associated with North Pinellas Children's Medical Center. She is located in Eastlake off of McMullen Booth. Phone is ###-###-####. They are also a 7 day a week office, which works out great as my kids always get sick on the weekends.
She is the kind of doctor that if you see her in public, she knows everything about your family and kids. She doesn't need her records to know you.

I use Myrtle Ave Pediatrics for my boys (5 &3) they are on Pine Ave right off of Tampa Rd (Office complex behind Steak n Shake) They are great! The boys love the waiting room and the exam rooms. The Dr's are wonderful, really talk to you on a level you understand, not talk down but they don't act like your a Dr and understand their "language"!

We have Savel & Kelly in Oldsmar (known as Myrtle Ave Pediatrics in Clearwater). We chose them originally because they are open every day of the year (except Christmas & Thanksgiving I think). On Saturdays & Sundays, they have morning walk-in hours in the Clearwater office. Then M-F, they have morning walk-in hours in both locations. I love this because if something develops with the baby overnight, I can just go to the doctor in the morning without worrying about an appt or being squeezed in later in the day.

The schedule is what persuaded us to go with them, but we also LOVE the doctors. There are four doctors, and the only one we don't like is Boreman - and she works only at the Clearwater office. The other three doctors are down to earth, friendly & they listen. Also, they allowed us to delay vaccinations and skip the Hep B. They were willing to treat my infant daughter for reflux - many doctors won't b/c they say "they'll grow out of it." Once she was treated, she was SO MUCH HAPPIER and started gaining weight again.

I definitely recommend them - their nurses are wonderful, and so are the office staff.

I go to the Pediatric Healthcare Alliance in the Citrus Park area.All the doctors in the office are great. So is the office staff.

I love all the doctors at Internal Medicine and pediatrics. Its on Linebaugh and Sheldon. They are so nice and have great waiting rooms.

I have to agree with Myrtle Ave Pediatrics. I also live in Oldsmar and have been taking my almost 2 year old there since she was born. I really love Dr. Kim Odom. I have always had the best experiences with her and always request her for our appointments. The staff is great there too! Just dont make your appointment on a Friday or Monday it seems like the wait is much longer.
