I had some mold in something cotton-knit, and I bought Oxy-Clean, and had to let it sit on there, and kind of keep rubbing it in. I tried this process 3 times, and eventually it came completely clean. good luck.

I have used lemon juice, then putting the item in the direct sunlight & it worked wonders. The mold just disappeared. You didn't say what color the dress is, but you have to be careful using bleach, oxy clean & some of the other cleaning products as they will take out the color, not just the mold. The lemon juice doesn't harm the colors. Good luck!

You might try spraying it with Tilex mold and mildew bathroom cleaner or soak it in water and pour some mold and mildew cleaner in with the water. I've done it with dish rags before and it worked. Good Luck---J. C

I'd try the Oxiclean spray stain treater. I buy it at Target.

Good Luck!

I found the most amazing spot remover! It has taken out old stains, wine stains, blood stains, food stains. It is a miracle. I mix about 1 tablespoon of dawn liquid dish soap with about 1 ½ cups of hydrogen peroxide in a spray bottle and shake. Spray it and let it air dry. Repeat the process as many times as needed. When it dries completely, thats when you see the results. Sometimes it may take 3 times, depending on the stain. Then wash as normal. Air dry again so you can be sure it got out. You could do it again if you need to.

When it took a huge red wine stain out of my pants, I started getting things all over the house that had stains and started spraying. I could not believe it. It took blood stain out my husband’s shirt that had been washed and dried tons of times. I found this on google when a friend needed to get wine stain out of her white carpet and it worked too. Good Luck!

Good Morning J.. I would try straight hydrogen peroxide on each spot. It takes poopy out of underwear....lol

I think Dr.'s use it to remove blood and such and it doesn't seem to change the color of the garment.
Then there is simple green, oxyclean spray. I haven't had to remove mold lately so I hope someone has a solution for you.

God Bless and Happy 4th of July to you and yours
