JFF - What Fun Thing Will You Do Tomorrow?

I'm getting my baby girl her first haircut! I'm both looking forward to and dreading it. I know she's going to look so cute, but she's also going to look like such a big girl after it's done.

Somehow celebrate after giving the most important presentation of my career. It looks great and I am ready!!

Well, I we just finished swim team, and we're heading to the beach in a couple of days..... So I was pretty much thinking of doing NOTHING today. But now I feel bad. Hmmmmm, maybe I'll drag my kids to Costco. We just joined and I have yet to go! I hear it's actually an experience. We could even have lunch there apparently. Thanks for making me get off my butt. Hope everyone has a great day :)

One of my personal rules in life is that every day needs something fun to be a part of it. I don't care whether it's a repeat like reading in the sunshine (even if it's phony sunshine through the windows of my car in the rain with the heat blasting), or cranking up music while cleaning, or something wildly one off and rare... a day I'm not laughing, reveling, luxuriating, or up to some kind of mischief at least a few times is a wasted day.

I will go to work just like any other day and try to enjoy the day while I'm there.
Some days are easier to enjoy than others to be sure. But, I do like getting my paychecks and knowing I'll have money for my son to have some new school clothes.
He goes with his dad on Tuesday evenings, so I'll come home, eat something simple, soak in the tub and go to bed early.

That will be my excitement for tomorrow. I still have a long week ahead of me.

Going swimming with my daughter at a friend's house. Should be pretty special as her home has been featured in Sunset Mag. Twice.

I'm taking my two grandchildren to Oaks Park Amusement Park. It has a midway. The kids will ride all the ride "good" rides with a $10 bracelet. It's two for one on Tuesdays. I'll people watch. lol We're looking forward to it.

I think we're going to go feed the ducks!

I think I will take my grand daughter to get her bangs trimmed before her preschool starts. I will take down her birthday streamers hanging across the living room. I will go thru her dresser and make sure we have enough outfits, socks, and undies. Im sure she does. But I want to look at them all again. I will help her write her name a dozen times, and let her watch the video of letters again. I promised her we would put water in the wading pool in the back yard. And I hope to sew a few things for the store where I sell stuff. That will be enough excitement for one day.

Well tomorrow is "hump day" which is the middle of my work week - and Oddly enough~ I Dont ever get 'humped' on this day ;-) Gotta talk to the hubs about this situation ! LOL
We are getting ready for our weeks vacation down the Cape that starts on Saturday, so I'll be packing things up for that !!
Actually now that I think about it Tomorrow I WILL buy the car behind me their morning coffee at the drive through when I get mine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Start they're day off right :-)

hmmm good question. i will buy a nice cup of coffee and enjoy it with a white chocolate chip muffin my husband made. i will have a cold glass of french champagne.

well lets see this is my fun thing i get to do tomorrow :) after i take my mil to the dr and back to work i will then go grocery shopping and my fun thing is buying my 4 year old a few things for her first day of preschool on wed. :)

I get to go scope out my husband's suprise birthday present!

I enjoyed reading everyone's responses, they got my day started with a smile.
My fun thing won't come til around 10pm, when I plan to indulge in a glass of red wine and read for an hour (Girl Who Kicked the Hornets Nest). The rest of my day involves going to work, taking my 16 year old out to practice driving (I could really use that wine BEFORE she gets behind the wheel LOL) and taking her to her SAT prep course tonight and trying to find a few moments of time to devote to my other kid.

Not sure if you meant today (Tues) or tomorrow (Wed) but I'm still going to answer!! I'm having lunch today with my mom (we do this weekly) and I always look forward to it! Then tonight I'm taking my daughter to the nursery to get a load of mulch and we'll finally finish their 'play area' we have mapped out for all their toys. Excited to get it done and also get a little sweaty (ie: excersize!) tonight. Plus it was really beautiful out last night but I had dinner plans so I wasn't able to take advantage of it like I will tonight.

It looks like you asked this late Monday night so were you asking about Tues or Wed???!!! Today is Tuesday, last day before school starts. So we are going to finish getting school supplies and then go one last time to the Water Park. =)

School starts tomorrow and I am going back to bed and taking a much deserved nap...

Hubby is doing the same. After we wake up I might read a book, don't know. It's my time off.

My last day of vacation...taking the kids to the budget movies to get out of the heat!

I am cleaning the house! :D Oh joy, but atleast the dogs are always plenty ready to jump up on the stack of papers or CDs or games I just made and make the day a bit more fun! :3
