Nanny woke up late, looked like something the cat ate twice and still didn't settle well. That made wife late, then made me late.

Nanny's last day is Friday! (rounds of applause)

So...my day is par, and excellent. :)

LOL, well thanks for asking, we had a storm last night, does that count? I'm just enjoying my peace and quiet right now since my baby is taking her nap.

I'll be asking some questions later about MIL, stay tuned...:o)

Life is good. God is so good. His Grace has brought me to a place of extreme happiness and peace.
My family is healthy and happy. We have enough money to cover all we need and some of what we want. I'm completely crushing on my husband. We've never been closer or more on the same page before. My 6 yr old is perfomring in the PTA program tonight. My baby niece is graduating college in a couple of days. I will get to go to my hometown for that and spend Mothers Day with my whole family. I got my blood pressure under control with diet and excercise. I'm completely addicted to excercise and loving it now so my whole family is becoming more healthy and taking my lead. That feels fantastic! I'm really proud of myself and, by the Grace of God, pretty much on top of the world right now!

Gonna be 90 here today.

Wearing skirts looks stupid with white legs, it bums me out when i see my reflection.
I'm supposed to be in my office at 9.
I just woke up 15 minutes ago and have not hit the shower yet...it's currently 10 after 8. Takes me exactly 40 minutes to get ready.
Tuesday will be Mondays barf ;)

I'm getting packed to pick up my kid who is finishing his last day in college (for the summer). Hurray!

I have to wash clothes - goodness knows I'm SO not interested!

It's going much better than yesterday's pot, lizard getting in the house, kid peeing in the car seat so had to turn around and go home, dog eating the lizard then throwing up, kinda day.

After yesterday I want ZERO excitement.

Exciting night, spent at Urgent Care. My son got kicked in the eye walking too close to a friend swinging at recess :( He is ok but, he will have a nice shiner.

Today is good...Sitting at my desk at the office needing a break checking this ? out. We are short handed at work but, thankfully it hasn't been too crazy.

My baby is kicking letting me know it is lunch time, so with that said I will venture out to get some vitamin D and lunch :) Pretty nice day out!

She got a ticket for making an illegal left hand turn and lost her license for a month (harsher penalties imposed here on new drivers.) So today we go back before the judge to show that she fulfilled all the requirements to get it back.

Well, we're taking our soon-to-be 7 year old and her little cousin to Disneyland this Friday for our daughter's birthday and we're spending the night across the street from the park, so that's what's new in our world. Her grandmother just gave her her very own first surfboard for her birthday, and she's itching to use it, so I'm biting my fingernails just a little bit over that one!! I'm sure I'll be on the beach w/ my binoculars trained on her while my husband teaches her how. Of course, mom will make her wear a life jacket while and floaties on every arm and leg, bahahaha!

It finally stopped raining here. I just bought some mulch. Not exciting mulch. Just the regular stuff.

I have a nasty poison oak plant growing near my deck. I must destroy it! Now that is exciting.

The sun is out that is good for us here. Yesterday was pretty warm!

Today's going to suck. I have to call my Mother even though we aren't speaking right now, and try and clear the air.. Not sure it's going to work. I know I'm going to get yelled at, and guilted but I have to give it a shot I guess right? My nerves say they dont want to.
And hopefully if things go really well then my sister will be allowed to see me again. That would be great.

I am looking forward to the weekend again! Trying to get a sitter on Saturday so hubby can take me out for a much needed date! Hope it all works out for the best!

Nothing really exciting here as you can see lol. I just want to get the phone call over and move on..

I think by the time tonight comes I will have earned myself a beer!

Hooray Hooray for the 8th of May :)

I'm at work...watching the clock and it's only 8:30! My oldest son has a baseball game tonight and it's surprisingly nice today (mid 70's) so I am looking forward to a very nice evening.

Well, new stuff but not exciting or good news per say. I get to go have a conference type appointment with my 5yr old's dr because we have had a new "thing" come up with his behaivor - I think it's ADHD related but not sure. He has begun to rage vs have a tantrum or meltdown - and I am concerned. So, new, and not fun :( I really hope to find some guidance, but we really need to get this down on his records as we keep track of everything for him trying to find patterns/triggers of different things. So, I hope everyone else's day is MUCH better.

It is sunny here. Which is a nice change from last week. And it is going to start here again by tomorrow.

We are getting ready for an attack on Bank of America tomorrow. By attack I mean Protest.

B of A is holding it's shareholders meeting in NC tomorrow.

I am not in NC but there will be Protests standing in support of the Protesting shareholder's going in to the meeting.

This has been tactic that the American people still have some control over. Because I believe the bonus's are voted on in these meetings sometimes.

We have been able to see the collapse of the empire so to speak through the Wells Fargo and Citi bank shareholders meetings(I believe it was those two, I did not take part in those events).

So on the list of things to do today: Make blanks white signs(take shelf liner and then use it to cover the old campaign signs:)). Get my First aid box together and then start loading everything into my van.

Since it is nice out today, I am going to set up a line of things in the front yard, that way the kids can help me make this move a bit faster(or slower depending on how fast they move)

After that......Probably take a walk or finish cleaning the inside of my house.....But I dont want to rush into anything:)

Cant wait for Sunday here.....It is suppose to be 74 degrees and lovely. We have not gotten enough of that yet this year:)

Not looking forward to lunch so much...have to tell a good friend that we just don't have the money to go to her destination wedding.

My students are taking their final exams Wednesday and Thursday. I'm sitting in my office with one student working out some problems (I teach math) and asking questions occasionally, while I play on Mamapedia!

My boss walked in a minute ago and asked what I was doing. I said, "Playing." He said, "Ok. I'll be in ... " I think he wants me to stop by after the student leaves.

There's not much to do during exam week expect answer questions and be happy that I'm not the one taking exams!!! Hey, I paid my dues :-)

Its only going to be 91 here today. You are my fb friend so you know what's going on! VERY excited to sell our cars and get new-to-us ones...no more payments! So I spent 4 hours last night on Craigslist and autotrader.com looking for fun. We will put our car up for sale this weekend so as soon as its sold, I will be genuinely looking.

Hubs and Ams are going to science camp on Wed morning and will be gone until Friday afternoon. So me and little man are home by ourselves...will be nice I think! I'm so glad she wanted HIM to be chaperone and not me...I don't think I would want to be in a cabin with a bunch of 6th graders AND I don't sleep great at home, so I probably wouldn't sleep there at all! LOL! But my time will come in 3 years when its little mans turn and he'll want me to go with him.

Other than that, its our No Kid Weekend so I'm counting the days! No big plans but been trying to downsize the house so I will continue to do that.

Well my husband and I had a date last night for the first time in four mths, we went to see the Avengers and btw amazing movie.... O we got a new puppy this weekend a german shepherd 10wks and she's alil doll and my 2yr loves her so much he follows the puppy everywhere. My 4 mth old could care less he just looks at her like shes a teddy bear i think... lol yeah not anything really exciting here lol but i love my life and my boys so thats pretty exciting

Well, I have something new and exciting: a new car! It's a Citroen (french) car, a big van i decided to get for myself and my son- it looks and feels GREAT. Did i really need a big car like that? Not YET. I just feel optimistic and wanted to get ahead of myself: sooner or later the other aspects of my life will follow. Did you hear that story about train tracks being built between Italy and Austria when there was not a train yet? Well, I feel like my train is about to come! Have a better day!

At least you get to watch tv!! ;) We had a bad storm come thru last night and now no tv signal. Still trying to get that thing to come back on. Just had lunch of a chili dog and chips and iced tea. Before lunch I went out to the backyard and walked around in the rain barefooted. hehe Love doing that. Other than that ,ehhhh not much.

At least it's bright and sunny here after severl days of rain and clouds. My lawn needs cuting and a few flowers to plant. All in all a good day.

I'm on mamapedia ditching work eating Kinder chocolate trying to figure out why the season finale of GCB was such a mess and am contemplating getting a tomcat to play with all the copperheads in my backyard, so my day is going really well.

Haha. Well, my day has been pretty blah and rainy too. I placed a call to my doc, cause my allergy med so isn't working. So, now I have to go to Walgreen's to pick up Flonase. fun. I also got some nice Mother's Day cards for my husband and myself. He always forgets. Men..Well, at least I found West Side Story at Big Lot's for $5. So excited about that. Now it's back to packing up my house. We move to NH in two weeks!! That's kind of new, and exciting.

daycare kids are all settled into activities....& I'm mediator should something arise. Taking my a.m. break!

over the wkend, we began the process of selling our lake house. My parents built it 40+ years ago....& letting loose is killing all of us. But Evil Stepmom lives there, & we have zero usage of it + my Sis/I pay 2/3 of the yearly expense. It's a money pit, & is losing value. Time to let go....since we can't get rid of Evil One. :)

Time to go....my 1 minute of free time is over!
