'I know right'!!!
It is relatively new to us..my sister and I started pointing out how often others say it and then we just kinda got sucked into it...it's so addictive!
I admit it . . . I say "dude!" WAY too much. I don't mean to. I really have to work hard to not say it when I am trying to carry on an adult conversation. My BFFs say it as much as I do. This has been going on for years . . .
I also say "seriously?" or "really?" quite often, but that is a newer habit. Sooo, . . .
1. Do you say "dude" a lot?
2. What other word do you inadvertantly sprinkle throughout your daily verbal outflow?
Thanks for sharing!!

I used to say "oh man.." a lot as an exclamation until my daughter started imitating me!
I don't have an expression that comes to mind of late, but I get annoyed when I start using expressions of the friends I hang around with, i.e. Dude! It's like can't I come up with my own!!!
I sometimes say "dude."
I say "seriously?" all the time. So much so that when my son was just 3.5 yrs old, I'd tell him something and he'd say "Sewiouswy?" (He's not great with the L sound).
1. I suppose so. We call my son dude quite a lot.
2. I say argle bargle a whole lot...when I'm frustrated. Also, oy vey.
I use the F word when talking to my husband and friends... I know it's a horrible habit but everyone I know uses it like butter. My husband doesnt use it near as often as I do, and he tells me I have a potty mouth. I don't use it professionally tho, and honestly so far (knocking on wood) I won't!
My mom freaks out when I say it. I don't blame her. I blame my dad, he was a truck driver :)
Dude! Yes I say dude often. The other is probably "really?" nice and slow/long for emphasis.
1. No, but I'm an old Mommy.
2. Boy howdy. (see)
my words: yeah, like, dude, i know, blah, blah, blah, for real, ugh...(LOL)
Yeah!!
(say it like 'Yeeeaaahh!!!', rolling eyes!)
