Central Diamond Center in Richardson. Been using them since 2004. I used them to repair rings, necklaces and bracelets. My husband also had them make me a custom wedding band when our anniversary came around due to no other jeweler around here had the equipment to do what I wanted. Great detail work. Many of my friends have gone here to have custom rings made and repairs made to jewelry at an affordable price with great work done.

King Arthur Clock and Jewelry Repair in Plano, in front of Collin Creek Mall (75 and 15th). I took my grandmother's wedding ring which was missing a diamond there, and they did the job quickly and perfectly. Four years later, I still haven't had any problems with the repair.

+1 for Classique Jewelers in Frisco! Family-owned and very reliable. Easy drive from Carrollton, and well worth it!

If you are looking for one in Dallas, The Jewelry Forrest is great. It is located in a small office building off of Greenville and Walnut Hill. Their number is ###-###-####. They have helped me in the past with my jewelry and I've always been pleased. And they are inexpensive.

I use the jewelry repair place in Willowbend mall in Plano. I don't remember the name off hand, but they are on the upper level outside Dillards, down the little hallway to the parking garage. I've had them fix multiple watches and when my engagement ring broke (the whole setting came off the ring), they were able to fix it and it's been almost 2 years and it hasn't needed to be fixed again. The price was great and I got the same diamond back that I gave them. I don't remember how long it took to fix my ring, but it wasn't more than a week. Last time I went in, my husband's co-worker was there and he swore by the place too and doesn't go anywhere else.

Just questioning myself on where to sell my silver, decided later best to keep it with the large heap of jewelry it, I ordered online an ethical Asian style jewel box, which is quite spacious and portability rewards through it.
