Our 10 year wedding anniversary is this December and my husband wants to upgrade my diamond solitaire. I don't really want to lose any $$ on it. Do you know of a jeweler who would give us credit for the value of my current solitaire and apply it towards the purchase of a new one? Thanks in advance.
Village Jewellers in Frisco right next to Toys R Us - you can't miss it. The jeweler's name is Brett Samuels - they are great to work with. We use them for all our jewelry.

We use Winfield Jewelers in Richardson. Jack Winfield is great to his customers and pays for your stuff as well as sells his own. We get all our fine jewelry from him. :)
We have used Bill Pedigo with International Diamond for our wedding rings, and diamond earrings. He is a kind and honest man... I would go and talk to him. They recently moved to the strip center with Champs/Bahama Breeze/Red Hot n Blue in Las Colinas at MacArthur and 114.

I do not know where you bought your ring but I would call the store you purchased it from. I bought mine at Zales and recently upgraded mine, with Zales they give you the price you originally purchased for the ring. I have heard that some other jewelers do the same. Congrads on 10 years.

I know Jared has an upgrade program, but I don't know whether it's for any diamonds or just the ones initially purchased there.
It depends where you bought it usually. Helzberg has a trade in program too based on your original purchase price. Good luck and congrats!
