iPad 2 Question

I got an iPad 2 for Christmas. So far I really like it, but I noticed one big problem when using my mamapedia account. The advertisements overlay the top of the page into the list for questions and answers. I can't select any question that is under the advertisement. I also can't ask a question because part of the fields are covered by advertisements. I had to get on my regular computer to ask this. Is there some way to close the advertisement or to move it to a different part of the screen on the iPad 2? When I click on the advertisement, it just sends me to the old mamasource page. Any ideas how I can fix this problem, or is it not fixable?

So What Happened?

Found a solution to this problem. The application called Puffin seems to take care of this issue. Puffin let's you see anything in Flashplayer on the ipad. You have to bookmark mamapedia in Puffin and login using Puffin. I am able to ask and answer questions using my ipad now.

Apple has a help line. Call them. Last week I went into my local Apple Store after dinner. No one was there and the in store help line person got several things I complained about to stop. There is also an IPad book for learning to use it that I bought when I was at the Apple Store.

I complained to Mamapedia but got no response! And I think others have as well. It's a shame they can't respond at all, even if they don't know what to do.

Looking forward to your answers. I am having the same problem with my I-pad. It has not always been this way. I don't know if it is an ipad problem or a site issue.

I had the same issue. I usually just expand the section I want to type in and have no problems.

Yup. I hear ya! There's been a question on here a little while back about the same issue but w/ an iPhone. I check mamapedia here and there with my iPhone and it's the same thing. The advertisement covers the first half dozen questions and I can't write a question. I don't know if there's anything that can be done about it. It's a way for Mamapedia to make money. Irritating, isn't it? I wish they'd turn it into some sort of banner that ran along the page side to side, not covering important areas. If you 'refresh' enough times it'll eventually go to a shorter ad and you'll be able to see the top questions. PITA. :(
