I just purchased and started the 6 Week Body Makeover Challenge by Michael Thurmond (the physical trainer from Extreme Makeover). He has had 20 years of success, and a very thorough plan. Since you don't have the extra $ to spend, I would be happy to share my packet with you (I actually had to save up for a few months before we could afford it). As far as exercise goes, he recommends an 18 minute workout designed to target your trouble areas 2 times a week, 4 if you really want fast results. And walking! Lots of it. I have two little ones, so I just throw them both in the car and take them and the stroller for a good long walk in the mall.
