I buy packets of buttermilk ranch dressing. The recipe calls for 1 cup buttermilk (I use lowfat) and 1 cup of mayo and then mix with seasoning packet. To make it healthier I put less than a half cup of mayo in it and stick with the 1 cup of lowfat buttermilk. It isn't quite as thick as other dressings but it is better for you and makes a great dip.
