Has This Ever Happened to Ya'll? (Random Mamapedia Question)

So I open up Mamapedia today and find that I have 20 new flowers. Awesome right? Well, firstly, I haven't really answered a question or posted anything lately and secondly, they don't lead to anything (I click it to see if it's in reference to a posting and it takes me no where).

Now either ya'll are showing allot of support to my parenting knowledge (insert laughter here) or there's a glitch in the system.

Has anyone ever had this happen to you??

And while we're on the subject: To all the mom's out there, working out or in the home, breast feeding or choosing formula, homeschooling or public, coffee drinkers or drinkers in general (I fall into both categories wink) that just wanna do the very best you can for your weeones, I applaud you for making an effort. And I send you all the BEST WISHES for a good day!!

Happy Thursday ya'll!

So What Happened?

For the Inquiring Minds: I THINK (not sure) it was about someone leaving cause they thought there was too much "sex" on this site. But I can't even remember what I wore yesterday to work so not sure if I even answered that. So I'm going to chock it up to GREAT (if not somewhat SNARKY) advice that hit a nerve and go on about my bidness.

Cheers.

it's frustrating for me because i have the memory of a gnat, and can't for the life of me remember what amazing reply i posted yesterday to a post that got pulled.
:)
i wish they'd at least leave the title to the post in place so we know what they've deemed unworthy of us reading!

wow - 20 free flowers? cool.

btw - I flagged your post to even things out. Didn't want you walking around with too much good karma - the universe might take you down a notch.

:)

Usually when a flower leads to nowhere, it means that a question was removed from mamapedia.

That is strange... the only time I have gotten a blank flower is when I have answered a question and then it got pulled by the Mamapedia Gods.

I appreciated your best wishes for a good day!!! I'm at home drinking the coffee I brewed myself. :-) Hope you and all the other Mamas also have a great day!

Like Eve, the only time I've had this happen is when I respond to a post that gets pulled.

Unlike Eve, I'm not drinking coffee that I brewed myself, but going out for my coffee today, not because I ran out as I stated in a response to the earlier question, but because I decided to try a new brand and after I did brew it I decided it sucks and I can't drink another cup of it.

Have a great day everybody, I need to find a drive-thru :)

The post/question was removed.

that happened to me yesterday- I had 11 new flowers and went to see what people liked - and viola! it was gone!! I guess I need to keep track of what questions I answer - as I can't figure out what question was pulled!! URGH!!!

Have a GREAT day!!

Someone pulled the question that you responded to. That has happened to me. It's irritating because I have such a poor memory that I will never know what little piece of knowledge I put out there that others found helpful. LOL!

Ha! I read this, went in and almost all my flowers were blank too :( Now I wonder what I responded to that was so "heated" it was removed. ???

I don't check off my flowers. I've got 208. I think when someone clicks that your answer was helpful, you get a flower.

Sure...it means that the question that you responded to (and got 20 flowers for) was pulled because it was inappropriate in some way or offensive or both. Happens ALL the time ;)

Aw man now I am super curious to know what post I missed that was so heated. Hmm it could have been the political questions yesterday about Rush.. Thats the first one I think about did you answer that one? I'll have to rack my brain about this one ;)

And best wishes to you too for a good day! I wish I was drinking coffee right now, but I am trying out a partial elimination diet for pain management and darn it coffee is on it!! *sigh* I guess apple juice will have to do.. Lol

It's my guess that whatever you answered was pulled. That happens quite often, actually.
