You can see my review of Integrity Automotive on this site. We know the owner personally, and also we and several others we know have taken vehicles there. They are honest and do a good job. I gave them 4 stars instead of five for one reason only: it's not a big shop, so some days you get really fast service and other days you may have to wait a while and things may be a bit crazy, depending upon their workload that day. But I've also known the owner to go WAY out of his way to help out a regular customer who was in trouble - matter of fact, I hear stories about him doing that pretty often. And I've had him tell me certain service items could wait before, as well as telling me about service the car needed. And he warned us when our old car was getting near the end of its life - told us that in his experience that particular model started falling apart after about 125,000 miles and suggested we might consider replacing it when/if we were able - when he could have just let it go and he probably would have gotten a lot of business from it falling apart. So we really like them.
