I have never had a party outside the house that went as well or was as much fun as the one at home. With littler kids-and actually the bigger ones, the messier stuff and wetter games are the best. I fill pails with ater and give squirt guns and water balloons. We have shaved balloons, had shaving cream fights. Take a card table outside, cover it with shave cream ans color it with food color and let them finger apint. If they're likely to eat the stuff use whip cream and koolaid powder to color it. Pintas are always a blast. I also like to find easy crafts so they have something to take home besides goody bags full of cheap useless junk. Oriental Trading Company has them in sets of 12 and they are really inexpensive. Blow up balloons and have a relay race where they have to sit on and pop it. Tie them to ankles and they pop eachothers-the last one with a balloon wins. Set up a race overunder and around things. wear them out and send them home. Have fun!!!!
