Hi Moms !!

I participate in a food co-op and frozen meatballs must be on wholesale somewhere - I currently have about 3 lbs of the little rascals in the freezer. I am so very tired of meatballs and red sauce and would love some other options.

So, please, do you have any suggestions and/or recipes for my little frozen meatballs?

Thank so much.

What can I do next?

"Mushroom Meatballs"
Put some in the crockpot, along with one can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of milk. Cook on high 2-3 hours and then serve them over rice. So tender and yummy!
Im sure if you did a quick google search you could find a few. Also try allrecipes.com.
Good luck!

1 jar salsa
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 bag plain meatballs

In a small pan heat the sauce until it "melts" then mix in the salsa. Let it simmer for 5 minutes then transfer it to a crockpot. Add in your meatballs and cook on low for 2 hours. Serve with brown rice.

1/2 cup spicy/bold bbq sauce, 2Tbsp honey mustard and 1/4 cup apricot preserves

Throw them in the crockpot with a can of french onion soup and a can of cream of mushroom soup. Stir in some sour cream just before serving over rice or egg noodles. YUM!
