Good morning Francesca,
I actually tried the Focus Formula tablets (I think it's the same thing you were talking about) when my son was younger. He's now 18 an a freshman in college. In all honesty, I'm not sure that I remember seeing much difference. But every child is different.
What I did notice and there is a lot of science behind it, was changing his food and educating him about the changes. Artificial colors/flavors and some preservatives common in so much packaged/processed foods have been shown to cause behavioral and learning issues! Google "miracle in wisconsin" for a great story about a reform school whose student's lives were completely changed just by changing their diets.
This is what I do, educate others about making healthier choices. Learn what the food additives can do and how to look for them and try to eliminate or at least decrease them.
Like I said, my son is now an 18 year old college freshman, but some of what I said must have sunk in because now that he's making better choices at school he said he feels better. And his grades are better this semester. *Now I realize some of the grade improvement, was the threat that if they didn't improved he would be home with me next fall, working to pay for his own education! :)
Go to my website and email me if I can help. www.YourKitchenCoach.net
