Yes expensive but the fruit always tastes fresh...You can even have a few of the fruit pieces dipped in chocolate yum :)
Has anyone ever ordered from Edible Arrangements? Thoughts? I am thinking of sending something to a friend for her birthday.
Thanks!
EDIT: Friend lives out of state so I won't be able to see her =(

I have never used them, but always wish someone would send one to me! I would love it, pretty fresh fruit and chocolate sounds wonderful.
Pricey, but really beautiful and absolutely delicious!
DE-LISH!
My SIL sent us one for Xmas this past year. We were hosting the family event and they (at the last moment) weren't able to join us, and ordered one for us to have as our centerpiece. They are wonderful... but be fore-warned. If the recipient isn't going to be eating it immediately, they must be refrigerated. And they can take up a LOT of space in the fridge.
But DEFINITELY yummy!!
We received one as a gift and it was awesome. I've never seen that much fruit get eaten in our house in that short a period of time!
My hubby received one after one of his surgeries and it was beautiful and very tasty!
Sent an EA order to a neighbor whose wife died and he really seemed to genuinely love it.
NOMNOMNOM!
I got one when DD was born and my aunt had one for Christmas this year. They are fresh, tasty, and look good, too. Kids like to eat them because the arrangement of fruit is different. My daughter tried melon at Christmas, which she might not have if they weren't on sticks. I think they are a good product.
LOVE them. So cute, creative, tasty, but better for you! It's more novel than the typical gift basket or candy, and looks better too.
yes they are good.. my husband sends them to clients as thank you gifts.. I would rather get that than candy.. check their web site for coupons.

I did. Sent them to my BFF when her dad passed away. I have also received them several times at work from our clients. Definatly a great bday gift if you dont live near your friend...but if live close and you are able to spend time, I say tell her you will take her out to dinner and have some good quality time with just the girls :)
We got one from a good friend for our new baby and loved it. Quick, easy, healthy snack and the fruit was wonderful and fresh.
I did an event for a friend and his mom ordered one. They are good. and really cute. I bet she would enjoy it.. Make sure there are a few Chocolate covd. Strawberries!
I have not read the other posts...but I was going to post awhile back here just about Edible Arrangements.
We have been sent Edible Arrangements 3 times as thank you's to my husband for helping them out. And each time I have become terribly sick with cramping and diarrhea after eating them.
The last time the arrangement came, I intentionally invited another family over to share all the fruit with because it's a lot of fruit for us to finish. We had an after school fruit party. And naturally I got sick and so did my friend. Please don't think I was using her as a guinea pig....I told her before hand that I've not handled this fruit very well. And she thought it was just coincidental.
So, even though the arrangements are indeed pretty and unique I can't help but wonder what kind of unsanitary help they are hiring to cut up the fruit.
I would recommend real fruit from Harry and David over Edible Arrangements.
I love Edible Arrangements. The fruit arrangements are great, I have sent and received these and I love them!!! I can snack on fruit all day. I have also received their chocolate covered strawberries and they are of course to die for!!
I had one of the really large arrangements at my baby shower and it was perfect!
Great Idea!!!
When my uncle passed my co-workers sent a huge one to my aunt. They knewe she would have people coming in from all over the country and not prepared with snacks and such. The fruit was sooooooo fresh and so plentiful, she loved it an dwas grateful to have something to share with the family, flowers were too depressing for her. I got one for my B-day a couple of years back, same deal, super fresh super delish!!! My B-day is this Sunday I think I need to request an edible bouquet from the hubs!
OH MY WORD!! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE! them!!
I've ordered them every year for the past 4 years for my mom for her birthday. My husband ordered one for me this year - DELISH!!! LOVE the peanut butter chocolate bouquet!!
Great fresh fruit! You can chose different items to be chocolate covered or NOT!!
This was the first time my husband ordered for me. He ordered the Peanut Butter Chocolate Bouquet - it was DIVINE!!! It had (it was gone fast!!! even though there was a lot of fruit) bananas, strawberries, apples, cantalope, pineapple and grapes!! I ordered the same thing for my mom today and she LOVED it!!
For their 50th wedding anniversary - I ordered a VERY LARGE bouquet - it was expensive but worth every penny spent!
Wow. I sent the biggest one. For a family of big ones like us, it would have been gone in a day. For a family of skinny people, it was too much of an arrangement. I would choose according to what the intended can eat in 1 or 2 days.
It was AWESOME.
