Eddie Z's or Home Depot for Blinds?

We ordered from Eddie Z's and while the blinds are nice (and expensive) we had a probelm with them getting the job done right. it took them three times over a month and a half to actually complete our order. I suggest going somewhere else.

From what I've learned (as I am going through the same thing right now), is that Eddie Z's, Empire, Budget Blinds, etc. Are all alot more expensive than Home Depot. But let me also advise you to go to Lowe's and check them out. I have them coming out tomorrow for measurements ($35.00 & that price will come off of my total order). Lowe's has a much larger section than Home Depot and the employees at Lowe's are much more willing to help! Let me know how you end up!! Good Luck!

We had both Eddie Z and Home Depot give us a quote for our windows. We ended up buying from Home Depot because the price was cheaper, but our research on the quality showed the blinds were just as good. It's been almost 2 years, and we're happy with our choice.

I am also looking at blinds. I picked up a flyer at Costco to check prices. Just another suggestion.

I used Eddie Z's about 18 months ago. They had a buy one, get one sale going on and we paid $1800 for 5 rooms, but I did order from the higher end of their products. It was my first time ordering blinds, so I am not sure how that compares to other places. Hope this helps :)

Hi--I have used both and thought that Home Depot has better pricing and works well with finding what you want, as well as, comparing similar styles with different brands. Eddie Z's was ok, but I thought that they were a bit higher in price. I bought Eddie Z's first and then a few years later used Home Depot. I definately would use Home Depot again. I also have a friend that has used Lowe's and she recommends them highly.
