Dyson Vacuum Cleaners

I'm starting to do research on Dyson vacuums and I am wondering if they are worth the cost. Does anyone have one? If so, what model did you get and why? Are they really that much better? It's frustrating me because the basic one comes with no attachments and each model higher than that has only specific attachments, but not all come with one model. Any advice would be appreciated!

It took me years to break down and buy one and I LOVE it! If you get the 20% off coupon from Linen's N Things they will honor it even though it says Dyson is excluded on the paper itself. I bought the Animal model b/c we have a yellow lab...It's literally cut my floor cleaning time in less than half...I think it was around 500/400 with the coupon. A big savings!

We have had a Dyson for a few years and we love it. I dropped it down the stairs by accident and it broke into a ton of pieces, but it went right back together and still works like a charm. My model is pretty basic and only has a few attachments, but I have found that I haven't really needed anything more. I guess it depends on what type of surfaces you will be vacuuming. We use it on our furniture, wood floors and carpet and it works great on everything.

WELL WORTH IT! It is great. My allergies are cut to nothing with the Dyson. I recommend them.

Hi
We've had ours for a few years now - works great! We have a 2 dogs, and I empty out the chamber at least twice each time I vacuum!
I bought ours at Kohls when it was on sale, plus used one of their 30% off coupons. If you're patient, you might be able to get that savings combo too!

I love my dyson. I don't know but you may be able to buy extra attatchment if needed. I would buy the one with the most attatchments that would work for you and if possible buy the rest. I can't remember the name of ours but it is purple and aqua. If you can afford it I highly reccomend it.

I love my Dyson. I'm not sure which model it is, but it has a couple of attachments and seems to suit all of my needs.

I have a dyson for last three years. I got it when my daughter started rwling and needed my carpet to not to have hidden things, we she can put it in her mouth. Dyson deep cleans, has never gone bad. We have a basic model with few attachmnets that s real good and no tension. Has never been clogged.

Its worth the mney. WE got it from eBay so was little less expensive. Also remember to add shipping cost for comparison.

We have the Dyson Animal because I have a big hairy dog. I LOVE it! They do sell extra attachments you can buy seperately. I have not needed any more than what mine came with. When you first use it, you will be amazed at all the dirt it picks up even after you have already vacuumed with your old vacuum..which is kinda gross. The most important thing about taking care of a Dyson is washing the filter when you notice the suction not as good. All you have to do is run it under water until the water runs clear and let it sit out for 24 hrs to dry. Very easy, but it is needed to get the best performance
