It's a continuation of her last question :)

It's a sea salt spray for texture, I can't live without mine! My favorite is from seven salon in Seattle, but yes I love the bumble and bumble surf spray also. And the John Frieda one too if they still make it. Haven't tried others but I'm sure they're all similar! Ulta has a good selection of the higher brand ones and cheaper ones. The good ones also have a bit of oil in them so not sure how the plain salt and water one would be, might dry out your hair.

I use it wet then braids or a bun while it dries and have amazing waves when I take it down. Or use it on dry hair for texture. Love the stuff, life's a beach! I can't make it to the beach much these days but I can look like I did!

And for dry shampoo my hairstylist swears by psssssst! It's cheaper than others and available almost everywhere (drug stores, mass retailers, etc).

Home made beach spray

Water spray bottle
HOT BOILING WATER (not in bottle yet) add Kosher Rock Salt 1tbsp to 1cup water. Allow salt to dissolve - cool and put in spray bottle. Shake before you spray. IF the salt is not dissolved enough it can and will clog up your spray bottle and be careful to not let it build up. Basically take proper care of the spray bottle you are using salt.

I use Wen on my hair so my hair is SUPER moisturized - it never gets dried out on me. But I also have a naturally good head of 'natural' beach wavy hair.

B&B makes a product called Surf Spray that you spray in your hair and it makes your hair like youv'e been in salt water-kind of wavy and separated and a little crisp. THere are other beach sprays out there but B&B is one fo the most popular. I have it and kind of like it-I think it would be better in longer hair though. I don't have enough hair to have beachy waves going on.
