My heart has never hurt so much from all the love and respect I feel for her and how awesome her family is. She inspires me to become a better person and a better mom. Thank you so much for bringing this up and sharing it with us!
Several months ago one of you momma's posted a link to a story about a woman who gave birth to a down syndrome baby. I have no idea what the topic was to even begin to look for this link. I am hoping it will bring hope and a bit of magic to a young mothers second unborn child. doctors are thinking the baby might have downs. this story was about a woman's second child and her every emotion before , durring and after she gave birth and it mentioned how the sister told the mother how special and lucky the mother was that God had chosen her to raise such a precious child. i hope the momma that shared the link is reading this and can share again. the post had pictures and was very long to read. the mother had dark hair and a daughter and a gathering of people celibrating with champagne. link please????
THANK YOU VERY MUCH. The two that posted links are the same story. I really appericiate it!

I love the "Welcome to Holland" story. I have never had to deal with a child of my own having special needs, but this story just hits home. Good luck on your search for more information. God will not give us more than we can handle.

I remember reading her blog story of her daughter's birth and being moved by the sincerity and honesty of her feelings.
Hope that helps,

Hi Jackie,
Have your friend go to www. kellehampton.com. It is a blog that Kelle has about her daughter Nella who has D.S. I go daily to read the blog because this is just a wonderful family. I have just fallen in love with both the girls and their mom. God gives his most special babies to mothers and fathers like the Hampton's....He always know what he is doing..... Good luck to your friend and her soon to be bundle of joy :)
Melissa S. beat me to it! Yes, it's the Nella Cordelia story. So wonderful!
I have several people that I have worked with in the past that have Down's Syndrome and I am honored to call them my friends.
Thank you for bringing hope to a mom facing a diagnoses of Downs!
