sounds like you left it on too long - was it an ash color? I would call the 1800 number on the box and get them to help you, or have a hair stylist advise you. If it wasn't a permanent color, sometimes a clarifying shampoo can help get it out but where this is your hair - I wouldn't mess about. Ask a pro. I do know it can be fixed. All those little old ladies with the purple hair used ash colors and they were left on too long. Good luck :)

For an issue like this one I'd call a professional hair stylist.

You tried something new, not being trained as a colorist. Now you're paying the piper for your lack of expertise. Go to a colorist and PAY HER to fix it.

Expensive lesson learned.

Not enough info here. I don't know what "app LS blonde" means. Is there are brand in there?

Is the toner something that came with the product? Is it a separate product by the same company? Look in the box for the info packet - there should be detailed instructions and a list of dos and don'ts (like what else not to use at the same time lest you cause a chemical reaction or change). There should also be an 800 number - and if there isn't, you can google the name of the company and get a customer care/service number to call.

i would google it.

I have a friend who charges someone $300 who has worked 'all over' in high end places and even she has turned hair purple. She said it is not hard to correct and it is way better than trying to correct greenish/mud color.
