My brother is going through a divorce and has no money to pay for a lawyer. Does anyone know how to find a lawyer for him in the Chicago area? I don't even know where to begin. I am also thinking at some point he will need to find housing. Any help would be great. Thank-you!!

He should contact Legalaide. Not knowing the circumstances, I would imagine he should start looking for an apartment. A lot of this can be looked up on line.
It depends on his income. You can try one of the Legal Aid services. You could also try a clinic at one of the law schools, who often have a higher income limit for services. A great resource for finding a lawyer, whether you have payment issues or not, is the Chicago Bar Association. Someone there should be able to give you more information on available services.
