Can anyone recommend a good women's chewable multi-vitamin? I've tried Centrum chewables, but they don't taste very good.

What can I do next?

The best vitamin that I've found out there is Isotonix brand by Market America. You can't beat it's delivery system and Isontonix solutions offer the fastest and most efficient absorption of all oral forms of nutritional supplementation. There are no fillers, binders, coatings, disintegrators or artificial colorings or flavorings. And, they taste great! If you'd like more information, feel free to contact me directly @ ____@____.com

Is there a reason you have to have a chewable instead of a tablet, gel cap, or capsule? I buy my vitamins wither from my Integrative M.D., or I get the same products (if available) at Whole Foods or on line at SwansonVitamins.com

You might want to check SwansonVitamins.com for an adult chewable. They have great prices on name brand holistic, homeopathic, all natural vitamins and supplements.

There is an online mail order vitamin company called Puritan's Pride- they have a childrens vitamin- called childrens multi-gummies. They look like gumdrops, my kids love them so much they remind me to give them their vitamins. I've tried them and they are really good. The company always has all kinds of specials- by one get 2 free kind of things so you can stock up. hope this helps!

Hi B.
Shaklee doesn't have a chewable but they do have a liquid. also they have a product called citriboost which you mix with juice or water. Please drop me a line if you're interested. I just have to say that nutritionally shaklee is the #1 company in the country. Your OTC vitamins are filled with many things that are not in your best interest. Check us out. Look forward to hearing from you.
Good Luck

B.,
My family and I love Juice Plus and have been taking it for 3 years. One it is food (fruits and vegetables in a capsule, chewable or gummie) and you will get all vitamins, minerals and enzymes from food. 100% bio-available which means it gets into your cells and actually does something. I would take any vitamin on the market and pour vinegar over it to see how readily it breaks down. Your best bet is to stick with food and when you can't Juice Plus+ makes the best sense.
I am also a massage therapist, mom of three, married and very active (marathon runner, camper, any out door activity)

Any kind of Shaklee vitamins are great. They even have a liquid vitamin (called Liqui-Lea) that I used to love taking as a kid and have even continued into adult life on occasion.

But my favorite women's vitamin would have to be Women's Ultra Mega Active multivitamin by GNC. It's not chewable, but I love them because not only are you getting the daily recommended vitamins and minerals, they are time released and give you an extra kick of energy due to containing key energy ingredients such as green tea, ginko biloba, ginseng, B vitamins, etc. It's great for someone who is very active.

Koala Pals Cherry-flavored vitamins from Melaleuca. They are made with a patent-pending formula that enhances absorption - in order to get the same results from one Koala Pals, a child would have to take eleven Flintstones vitamins.
They are part of the Melaleuca Wellness line of products for the home and for personal care.

Let me know if you are interested, and I will send a link to a site for you to visit.

Hi B.,
Finding an adult chewable is a challenge. I would agree that Shaklee's products have the most clinical proof of their purity, absorbability and results. What you want to look for is which products are as close to how things grow in nature as possible. Some of the others recommended here have been proven to have lead contamination. Others are extremely unbalanced which means you're getting way too much of one thing and not nearly enough of another. It is not enough to have one person's testimonial of what a product did for them. Instead, consider the company's history and integrity for using only pure and clean raw ingredients, guaranteeing their's absorbable, and that they are what your body needs where they're needed. In fact, you'd be better off using NO supplements than using brands other than Shaklee - and there's proof. The University of California did a study with people who took no vitamins, people who took various other brands, and people who took Shaklee. The results showed that in 5 areas of blook work, people who took no vitamins, had better blood scores than those who took other brands. You can see the numbers here if you'd like: http://changealife.blogspot.com. Don't take chances with your health. It is the most valuable thing you have.

I have four children, 8 - 18, all love the gummi bear chewables. They take two every day without me asking them to do so.

You'll laugh, but the ones I like the best are the gummy-vites. You can get them at Walmart w/the other kids vitamins. I know you asked for women's vitamins. These are good for kids or adults. They taste just like gummibears.

Hey B.,

Our whole family takes a liquid vitamin/mineral anti-oxidant (2 oz shot per day). The kids love it and ask for it...so that says it all for us. We haven't been on allergy meds and certainly not antibiotics - which we used to have someone on one about once a month it seemed! Anyway, all that said, it's called Vemma. You get it shipped to your house...here is the website we use...www.myvemma.com/austin01...good luck!! I heard Dr. Oz uses it, so that's all I needed to know!
