I've only tried Dr Bronner's, but I love it. I buy the unscented/baby mild one. For the times I want a fragrance, I add essential oils. If you're not sure, I would recommend buying some of the little bottles and trying them out!

I love Dr. Bronner's Lavender soap. I use it to make my laundry detergent, and I bathe with it, too.

I use Dr Bronners to make my own shampoo. A teeny tiny bit goes a long way. I mix the lavender with chamomile tea and it smells divine.

Dr. Bronner's. I had a family member bring a red bar of soap once that he said was castile soap but it kept making me sneeze, so whatever was in it, I was allergic to. Never had this issue with Dr. Bronner's though. Just be careful in the shower, the Dr. Bronner's is very slippery and leaves an oily residue as it is made with oil, which can make your shower floor slippery and stain your shower's glass doors.
