Anyone have a recommendation for a good online calorie counter? I need an easy, user-friendly type of thing. Just the basics to enter my daily food journal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Another recommendation for MyFitnessPal. I find it less cluttered and more simple than SparkPeople. If you eat something packaged, you can take a picture of the bar code and it knows what the product is, which I love.

I, too, recommend My Fitness Pal. I'm tracking not only calories but also sodium, and I find it a very easy site to maneuver around. It does a lot of work for me, which I always appreciate. And FREE is very good.

My company is sponsoring a fitness thing for a couple months using loseit.com as the tracking. Not as friendly as myfitnesspal.com and the way it sorts food groups is odd. Hummus counts as a veggie but any type of beans counts as protein not veggies.

MyFitnessPal and SparkPeople are both excellent and free.
One of them has an app for a smart phone which makes it easy to use where ever you go.

I have faithfully used Caloriecount.com for years. It's pretty reliable and the database is good. There's also an iPhone app on the go, and a recipe analyzer (to tell you how many calories in what you're cooking).

I use calorieking.com. However, I find on line journals don't work at all for me. I use them to look things up, then keep a paper journal where I can be much quicker about tracking.

I've never counted a calorie in my life, but I hear that Weight Watchers online has a good one.
